City Climate Innovation Hub is intended as a transformational asset, occupying a key space on the Brooklyn waterfront and incubating a new wave of climate technology companies. The space is both a showcase of sustainable technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. Using mass timber for the clerestory reduces weight on the existing structure and allows for modular construction.
