A prototype laboratory set within natural light

A former car showroom is transformed into a life sciences building. The concrete structure is celebrated throughout, with the lobby ceiling adorned in custom scoops that diffuse light through the space. The car ramp becomes a focal point, with conference and lounge spaces perched along the sloped surfaces. The high ceilings and abundant glazing allow light to penetrate deep into the space, with the laboratory acting as a central showcase.
