The Window / Wall Ratio Optimizer applies principles of market valuations to design elements, by using computer vision to gather data on window / wall ratio from street view images and compare it to assessed value across buildings in the area. Deviating from typical algorithms tracking costs, this tool allows designers to focus on maximizing added value. A genetic algorithm tests thousands of iterations of window / wall ratio, ultimately finding the fittest combination based on initial cost vs expected return, maximizing project ROI.
